Changes to subscription plans will take effect immediately for upgrades and at the next billing cycle for downgrades or cancellations. Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase if the paid services function differently than described or encounter significant technical issues. To request a refund, please submit your request to hobajoba.contact@gmail.com, including a detailed description of the issue. Refunds will be granted at our discretion after reviewing your claim. Please note that refunds can only be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Stripe, our payment processor, cannot send refunds to a different card or bank account. Additionally, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. The quality and relevance of these outputs depend on the input you provide, which is beyond our control.

Children's Privacy

Hoba Joba Website and Services are not intended for children under 16. If you are a child under 16, please refrain from using our Website and Services. If we find out that a child under 16 has shared Personal Information with us without verification of parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
